  1. Hello Dianne,

I am at a point, where one could say, that I have “writers block”. I wish to write a book about my Greek Heritage and the title of the book is Four Greek Women, the women who inspired me to cook and another titled A lady of a thousand carpets, a book on my travels through Morocco incorporating the food experienced and the people I met.

I am not sure where to start and thought that by engaging your services, this might be the start. I love to write and am quite serious about the craft as I am studying a Masters Gastronomic Tourism – Le Cordon Bleu.

I look forward to your reply.

    Happy Cooking,

    Anna Peters.

    • Hi Ana, this sounds like a good story to me! The best place to start is to sit down at the computer and start writing your memories. You will find, after a few minutes, that the process is liberating and enjoyable. I have been in your situation and I can assure you of it! Once you have something I can read, maybe we can talk about working together.
