		<description>I watched his video a couple of weeks ago and was truly impressed by the passion he has for teaching children about food. It would be great if more famous people would step up like he has and make some noise!</description>

What I love most about him is that I always learn something new from him, whether it is from one of his books, shows or even an interview. Last week I watched his show and learned that you can keep vegetables fresh for months (MONTHS!) in the winter by burying them in a box filled with sand and keeping the box outdoors.
