		<description>Hi Dianne, The point of your article is well taken, but you left out a third opportunity for freelancers on Jewish Food and that is Chanukah. I hope to be published on some Sephardic Chanukah dishes for this year&#039;s celebration, including bumelos with honey.  Today I posted a brisket recipe that everyone enjoys.  Since I have made it hundreds of times and taught it in many classes its safe to say good results are guranteed. www.theborekadiary.wordpress.com</description>
